That was pretty clear from the way the will was structured. If an older Buss sibling dies, their portion of the team passes to their siblings, not to their children. Being 20-30 years younger than all their siblings, Jesse and Joey had the most to gain from keeping the team, and I'm pretty sure some Buss kid came out and said that directly.
